Mandala plus writing challenge Day 2 (topic – chess)

I have made peace with the fact that chess is not my thing. I once had this weird goal of buying all possible board games. I bought Ludo, Sudoku, and chess. However, chess is something that I just can’t play. My husband tried to teach me the game a couple of times but everything went over my head. It is a mini chessboard, and it’s too cute, I wish I could play it.

You see my chess board’s prestige was at stake. This naïve owner could not give the respect it deserves!

One fine day as I returned from my parents’ house, my husband excitedly said, “Bhai and I played chess.”  I was the happiest. My cute chess board finally saw some action. It got the respect it deserves. Lol.
